TIM812 is special designed impact modifier for CPVC pipes extrusion which provide opaque CPVC products with high impact resistance,good processability and reduced gelation time. MBS is usually used in CPVC to improve impact resistance, but MBS increases melt viscosity and makes CPVC much less processable. Our TIM-812 can greatly improve the impact strength while also being rented as a processing aid, which can greatly reduce processing difficulties.

According to the different impact resistance levels achieved by the product, it is recommended to add 8-10phr.

Package and Storage:

20kg paper bag with PE liner Should be stored in dry and ventilated storeroom. This product is non-dangerous.
