Compared with acrylic impact modifier and CPE impact modifier, CRA impact modifier has faster fusion and higher elongation at break. It can endow PVC products with better toughness than other PVC impact modifier especially at low temperature. It can replace acrylic impact modifier, acrylic processing aids and CPE in the PVC formulation with better cost performance.

Impact modifier CRA-04CP is a grafted copolymer of light-chlorinated HDPE and acrylate with structure of CPE-grafted-polyacrylate. Compared to CPE, CRA has faster fusion and higher elongation rate at break. Its main function is to enhance the impact strength under low temperature and to promote the fusion property of PVC blend. It can bring the best toughness to PVC products than other PVC additives.

 Our CRA-04CP can effectively replace CPE+PA(Processing aids) or 100% CPE with lower dosage in the formulation, it is mainly used to produce Pvc profile, PVC pipe, pipe fitting and molding products. Especially suitable for conduit pipe series.

Package and Storage: 

25kg/bag: PP valve bag with PE liner; 550kg/sack: PP bag with PE liner. It is not dangerous cargo.
